Discover the Unique Two-Component Structure of Our Workshops
In-Person Group Activities:
Our workshop sessions take place weekly from 7-9 pm. You will engage in practical, hands-on activities designed to help you build and practice effective tools and techniques. These group sessions focus on various exercises that are designed to gradually build your trauma-resolution tools, as they address the physical, emotional, and other levels of your being. While movement is a part of these activities, it is just one aspect of the comprehensive approach we use to engage all five levels. You will participate in diverse activities that harness the powerful tools within your body and mind, providing a dynamic and supportive environment to foster growth and skill development. The aim is to practice and refine these tools, ensuring you gain confidence and proficiency in their use.
At-Home Component:
Complementing the in-person sessions, our workshops include an at-home component featuring videos and homework assignments. These videos provide the theoretical foundation and detailed explanations needed to build your trauma-resolution tools step by step. The at-home work is designed to make the course even more personal to each participant, allowing you to create a unique set of tools tailored to your specific experiences. Since there is no trauma discussion during the sessions, the homework videos guide you on how to apply what you are creating to your own situation, ensuring that your tools are effective and meaningful for your unique journey.
Through this unique blend of in-person and at-home components, you will be guided, supported, and empowered to discover and unleash your full potential.

The FLOW Method
The Five Levels Of Wellness (FLOW) Method is an innovative approach that addresses trauma across five interconnected levels:
- Physical Level: The first session focuses on your body. Your body not only ‘keeps the score’ of your trauma – it is also part of the solution. It is the seat of your emotions, generating them over and over again, until we find a way to free ourselves from what happened to us.
- Emotional Level: Emotions are the most powerful force that can override any logic. Learning to effectively utilize your emotions instead of suppressing them is one of the keys to successfully overcoming your trauma.
- Cognitive Level: While our mind can often seem like the enemy with its ability to remember the trauma, it can be turned into a powerful ally, and the FLOW Method gives you a way to do just that.
- Social Level: While other people are often the cause of our trauma, creative and intentional communication can be effectively utilized to help resolve one’s past and present issues.
- Spiritual Level: The most often overlooked aspect of our being, spiritual level must be included if we are to achieve the results we want. No need for any religion or spiritual practice here – the only ‘temple’ visited in FLOW Method is your own heart because that is where the solutions are.
Is the FLOW Method Right for You?
You’ve tried everything—therapy, journaling, meditation, breathwork. Each time, you hoped this time it would be different. But after all the effort, all the searching, you still feel stuck.
Maybe you’re wondering: “What if I’m just broken beyond repair? What if healing will always be just out of reach?”
But deep down, there’s still something inside you that refuses to give up.
The FLOW Method is for those who:
- Have felt disappointed in traditional healing methods—you’ve done the work, followed the steps, yet nothing truly changed.
- Know that reliving your trauma over and over isn’t the answer—you’re ready for something different, something that actually moves you forward.
- Are tired of feeling like a problem to be fixed—you want to stop searching for healing and start truly living.
- Crave something beyond just “managing symptoms”—you want to transform your pain into something meaningful, something that makes you feel alive again.
- Want to experience something thrilling yet safe—because trauma has kept you trapped in fear, and deep down, you long to feel intensity in a way that empowers you rather than consumes you.
- Are ready to break free from the rules—to stop feeling like healing is a job, a responsibility, another to-do list. Instead, you want to experience something bold, unexpected, and wildly creative.
- Want to prove to yourself that you are more than your trauma—to step outside of who you’ve been and feel like a whole, powerful, and autonomous person.
- Are ready to connect—deeply, without fear—to finally feel seen and understood in a way that doesn’t require explaining yourself.
If you’re tired of waiting to feel whole again and ready to step into something entirely different, then the FLOW Method was made for you.

Frequently Asked Questions about the FLOW Method:
What is the FLOW Method?
The FLOW Method is a unique approach to overcoming trauma that avoids reliving painful memories directly and incorporates physical movement and fun activities across five interconnected levels: physical, emotional, cognitive, social, and spiritual.
The workshops are in a group format. Will I have to share my trauma/my story with other participants?
Absolutely not! The goal of the workshops is to teach you the tools and to start practicing them in a safe and fun environment. You will not have to reveal any personal information to other participants.
Does acting out scenarios look like theater?
It certainly does, except there is only one actor (you) playing different characters and there is no audience to judge your performance. Also, there is no script to memorize – the scenarios ‘flow’ based on the characters’ desires and emotions.
I can’t act – I’m a very poor actor. Can I still join?
As long as you can move, speak and feel, that’s all it takes to successfully work with the FLOW Method. We are here to express, experiment and expand. You will be guided by the instructor – our goal is to make sure you benefit from each session.
